How we handle contact form details

When you use the contact form, Doubleslash Studio collects the details you choose to send, including your name, business name, email address, project type, and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work, and keep a clear record of our communication.

We retain contact form emails and enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting work, or for longer where we need to keep records for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We do not sell contact form details or add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are visited, general traffic sources, approximate location, and device or browser information. Analytics cookies are optional and are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner. Google Analytics is provided by Google; Google may process analytics information in line with its own privacy policy and Google Analytics controls.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into a contract. You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data by emailing hello@doubleslash.studio. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
